As you are aware, there have been a number of events that have directly and indirectly impacted our industry and economy, such as the rise in inflation, energy and health insurance costs, just to name a few. We have attempted to do our best in managing these internally through a series of increased plant efficiencies, cost down measures and other activities. At this point, we can no longer buffer our valued customers from these rising input costs and are forced to pass along a modest increase so we can maintain the same level of service and quality that you expect from Propex.

Effective February 18, 2013, we will implement a price increase of 5% on our full portfolio of concrete reinforcement fiber products. All orders must be received, confirmed via an order acknowledgement and shipped by 5:00 EST, Friday, February 15, 2013 to be invoiced at current pricing. Any confirmed orders placed prior to today’s date with confirmed ship dates will be honored at your current price. Any new orders received or shipped after February 15, 2013 will be invoiced at the new price. Propex reserves the right to limit quantities. Chattanooga, Tenn. – Propex Global has signed a lease to occupy 30,000 square feet at Warehouse Row, a series of restored warehouse structures transformed into a contemporary destination for modern fashion, urban design, loft-style offices, and gourmet dining in downtown Chattanooga. To date, this is the largest lease at Warehouse Row since Jamestown purchased the property in 2006.
