They’re part of a new way of seeing Propex, and how we’re changing the industries we serve. It’s a new day at Propex, and our new branding helps us communicate this change with the confidence that is appropriate to our position as global leaders..
We know who we are, and who we are becoming.
Now, it’s time for the world to know.

Look for more communications both on the Pronet and via email regarding each phase of our brand launch. During this time should you have any questions, please contact Amy Voiles, Interactive Marketing Manager at 423-553-2246/Amy.Voiles@propexus.com or myself.
Sincerely yours,

Email Rebrand
As we continue to transition to the new Propex brand, all employees in all locations around the world will have a new email address: First.Last@PropexGlobal.com on February 15, 2012. This change will happen automatically. We have worked closely with I.T. to ensure sending and receiving emails will not be interrupted.
We will have a transition period throughout 2012 in which both new and old email addresses will work. You will continue to receive any emails sent by your contacts that have your old email address.
On February 15, you should change your email signature as indicated by the attached instructions.
If you have login information or other accounts associated with an email address these should be updated during the transition period.
For Propex Employees that have business cards, you will be receiving new cards with this change implemented.

Email Signature Instruction Guide
Since these signatures are controlled by you and not at the Exchange Level through our I.T. Group, it is important that we keep them clean, simple, and consistent. We will not be using the logo in our signature for several reasons including the fact that images are not automatically downloaded in email clients such as outlook as well as space and overhead consideration

Open Outlook. Click New Message.
Step 2:
Click on the “Signatures” icon under the “Insert” tab.
Select “Signatures” from the dropdown list to create a new signature or select the name of your old signature if you already have one to edit.

In the Default Signature Section on the top right, enter your settings
Email account should be set to Microsoft Exchange. New messages and Replies/forwards will be set to Name of the Signature you’ve just created.
